Return and refund policy

We hope you’re happy with your order from The Pork Scratchings Shop.

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Due to the nature of our food products, returned items must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

Please contact us before returning any items so we can provide return instructions. Unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or with items missing, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs where appropriate. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method once the return has been received and approved.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
