We offer FREE UK delivery on all orders, with no minimum spend.

Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are dispatched to the delivery address provided at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, and the estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout where available.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weekends, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible at lovepubsnacks@hotmail.com. We will do our best to amend the address if the order has not already been dispatched.

Delivery Problems

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, or your tracking shows a delivery that you have not received, please contact us and we will investigate this with the courier.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the parcel and affected products where possible.

UK Delivery

Free delivery is available to UK addresses with no minimum order value. Delivery times and courier services may vary depending on the destination.
