Product packaging, appearance or specifications may occasionally change without notice where a manufacturer updates its products.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you where appropriate and offer a suitable solution, alternative or refund.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please check the product packaging and ingredient information carefully before consumption. Manufacturers may change ingredients or allergen information from time to time.

4. Prices and payment

Prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£).

The price payable is the price shown at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of any obvious pricing error.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Your order will not normally be dispatched until payment has been successfully authorised.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, there is an obvious pricing or product-information error, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount.

6. Delivery

We currently offer free UK delivery with no minimum spend, subject to the delivery areas and any exclusions stated in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Please see our Shipping Policy for further information about delivery.

7. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Your rights to cancel an order, return products or receive a refund are set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise not of satisfactory quality.

8. Food products

Many of the products sold by The Pork Scratchings Shop are food products.

For health and hygiene reasons, your right to return certain food products may be restricted once packaging or seals have been opened. This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

Please store products in accordance with the instructions on the packaging and consume them before the stated best-before or use-by date, as applicable.
